This Privacy Policy applies to all JT Gold Live services, platforms, websites, and mobile applications that link to or reference this Privacy Policy. It applies regardless of whether you access JT Gold Live via a mobile device, tablet, desktop computer, or any other digital device.

You may provide information when you register an account, use our Services, make purchases, or communicate with us. This may include:

• Mobile number – for account registration, login, and communication

Sign in with Google

JT Gold Live offers “Sign in with Google” on our Android mobile application so you can create or access your JT Gold Live account without a separate password.

When you choose Sign in with Google, we request access to basic Google account information needed for authentication. Through Google’s sign-in process and the Google ID token, we may receive:

• Your Google account name (or display name)
• Your Google account email address
• Your Google profile photo (if available)
• A unique Google account identifier used to recognize your account on return visits

We use this Google user data only to:

• Verify your identity with Google
• Create a new JT Gold Live account or sign you into an existing JT Gold Live account
• Display your profile information in the app (such as nickname/name, email, and avatar), where applicable
• Link a Google account to your JT Gold Live profile when you choose that option in the app

After Google authentication on your device, the app sends the Google ID token to JT Gold Live’s servers. Our backend validates the token, creates or updates your user record, and stores the relevant account profile data in our MongoDB database. We do not use Google Sign-In data for advertising, retargeting, or sale to data brokers.

Storage and retention: Google-derived account data (such as name, email, profile photo, and Google account identifier) is stored on JT Gold Live’s servers for the lifetime of your account. We retain this data until you request deletion of your account or personal data. You may request deletion by contacting us at support@jtgoldlive.com/. After a verified deletion request, we remove or anonymize your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy (typically within 30 business days), except where we must retain limited information to comply with law, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud.

Sharing: We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties for advertising or marketing. We may process this data through our hosting/infrastructure providers solely to operate JT Gold Live (authentication, account storage, and app functionality), under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Your use of Sign in with Google is also subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy. JT Gold Live’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2.4 Limitation

We do not collect any personal information beyond what is described in this Privacy Policy.
